![]() THC has a flexible acceptance policy when it comes to challenging behaiviour. However, we only accept groups with competent carers, capable of dealing with their groups' special needs. Children and adults with mild or medium problems represent the majority of the visitors of THC, but in some cases we accept holidaymakers with severe challenging behaviour problems. Also, groups of people which have been socially supplanted or harassed, and need a change and support, are always welcome! Therapeutic Holiday Centre in the past has provided recreational and therapeutic services to homeless people, isolated women, single-mothers, young ex-offenders and children in care. ![]() Most visitors of THC are overseas, coming from Cyprus , Italy , Finland , United Kingdom , Holland , and other European countries. The holidaymakers do not need to have any experience in therapeutic riding or ergotherapy (occupational therapy) or any other therapeutic program or activity. The THC team will train everybody on what they should know in order to participate at the various therapeutic programmes.For both the 7-day and 2-week sessions we accept visitors only organized in groups, of a minimum size of 6, and a maximum of 40, including their therapists or carers. The spaces for the physically disabled are limited to 10, but can become 18 with some special arrangements. ![]()
